The little things you should know about massage
- Massage pressure needs to be appropriate to bring a sense of comfort. When it comes to massage, the more pain is not always better.
- When you are overly hungry, full or drunk, you are not suitable to receive the whole body massage. We recommend that you receive the whole body massage 2 hours after a meal.
- If you are suffering from any serious heart disease, liver disease, kidney disease, lung disease, a large area of skin diseases or skin ulcers, you are not suitable for massage.
- If you are diagnosed with acute spinal injury or spinal cord disease, you are not suitable for massage.
- Pregnant women in the first 3 months of pregnancy and 1.5 months before delivery are not suitable for massage.
- Drinking 300 ~ 500cc of water after massage will help your body release toxins accumulated in the massage area.
